• Together, we create a full-focused plan of action
• We review cost based on the plan of action created
•  If we both see a good fit, we move on to step 2

• An agreement is created for by our auctioneer for your review and signature
• Once the agreement is returned, our full-focus plan is put into motion

• Your auction is created within our software
• Property is organized and catalogued
• Photographs are edited
• Catalogue titles and descriptions are reviewed for accuracy 

The auction is marketed to thousands of potential bidders on multiple channels

• Auction zip (+cost)

• Social Media platforms
• We ask that you share the auction link with your network of friends and family

• The auction is administratively processed and uploaded to the internet 
• Bidding is opened to the public
• Bidders register for the auction
• Bids are placed during the timed event
• If a bid is placed during the final minute the lot is extended by 3 minutes until time expires
• Open bidding expires 

• The auction is clerked
• Customers are invoiced 
• Customers electronically schedule a pickup time or request shipping of invoiced items
• Lots are organized for customers as scheduled for pickup. 
• Payments are collected
• Customers receive  invoiced items
• Sellers receive a documented summary of all lots sold, expenses incurred and the amount remaining for payout.
